Participation in SK8 4KIDS programs means you agree to the following:

general guidelines

🟣 SK8 4KIDS is a volunteer-driven nonprofit focused on youth development through skateboarding.

🟣 Participation requires completion of a registration form and acknowledgment of this agreement.

🟣 Parents/guardians must sign required waivers for minors.

safety & Liability

🟣 Skateboarding carries inherent risks. All participants skate at their own risk.

🟣 SK8 4KIDS is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during practices, events, or related activities.

🟣 Loaner gear (helmets, boards, shoes, pads) is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee gear availability for every participant.

conduct

🟣 Respectful behavior is required at all times toward coaches, participants, volunteers, and the community.

🟣 Unsafe or disrespectful conduct may result in removal from the program.

🟣 Everyone is encouraged to speak up if they see behavior or situations that are concerning, unsafe, or damaging to the integrity of SK8 4KIDS.
